We prefered to use the arrows because there are common on every keyboard instead of the qwerty configuration.

Because you can't go through some part of the run without the proper form : Giraffe for water area, mouse for holes, marabout for pits on the ground. And for the ingredients too. You can't have any banana without taking the giraffe for exemple
